Q2. What's the MOQ?A: Our MOQ is 100pcs for chrome color and 200pcs for other colors. Also, we accept less quantity at the beginning of our cooperation so that you can test our product quality before placing order.Q3. What kind of cartridge are you using? And how about their life time?
A: For standard we use yaoli cartridge, if requested, Sedal,Wanhai or Hent cartridge and other brand are avaible, cartridge lifetime is 500,000 times.
Q4. What kind of product certificate does your factory have?
A: We have CE, ACS, WRAS, KC,KS, DVGW
Q5. How about the delivery time? A:Our delivery time is 35-45 days after we receive your deposit payment.
Q6: How can I get a sample?
A:If we have the sample in stock, we can send you anytime, but if the sample is not available in stock, we need to prepare for it.:
1/ For sample delivery time: general we need about 7-10days
2/ For how to send the sample:you can choose DHL, FEDEX or TNT or other available courier.
3/ For sample paymentt, Western Union or Paypal are both acceptable. You can also transfer directly to our company account.
